     Irvine, Calif. (Dec. 4, 2006) - Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUNH) today announced that it completed the sale of SunPlus Home Health Services, Inc. to AccentCare Home Health, Inc. on Dec.1, 2006 for a purchase price of $19.5 million. SunPlus was a subsidiary of Sun that provides skilled home health care, non-skilled home care, and home pharmacy services in California and Ohio.
