From Boston
Follow the signs to Route 95 North.
Pass through the Hampton toll.
Take Exit 3 for Portsmouth (also Portsmouth Hospital Exit).
Turn right at the end of the ramp.
Follow Middle Road past the cemetery to a set of lights.
Continue straight until a fork in the road.
Bear right.
Travel one block to a set of traffic lights (Route 1 and South Street).
Go straight through the yellow blinking light to a full set of lights (South and Sagamore Road).
Turn right onto Sagamore Road.
Jones Avenue is the first right off Sagamore.
Follow for two city blocks.
The facility is less than five miles.

From Portland
Follow the signs to Route 95 South.
Pass through the tollbooth in York, Maine.
Take Exit 5 to the Spaulding Turnpike and Portsmouth Rotary.
From the Rotary, go south toward Hampton and the Beaches (Route 1 by-pass).
At the third traffic light, turn left onto Greenleaf Avenue (this is a very short street).
At the end of Greenleaf Avenue, turn left onto Route 1.
Turn right at the first traffic light (South Street).
Go straight through the yellow blinking light to the first full set of lights.
Turn right onto Sagamore Avenue.
Turn right onto Jones Avenue and continue for two city blocks.
The facility is on the right side of the street.
